We both have a love for land, for its natural beauty, for its bounty and for its potential in creating the perfect living and working areas. Early on, this passion led Steve to the building materials and construction trade and Carrie into home buying and renovating to accommodate a growing family, and later as investments. As we came to see how land brings value to families, businesses, and communities and how we were able to bring more value to it through repurposing, renovating, or building anew with a focus on beauty and sustainability, we realized we had the foundation for Vaccaro Properties, a full-service real estate firm eager to work with you to discover just the kind of property you want.
CARRIE VACCARO Principal Broker, Marketing & Sales
Carrie came to the real estate profession by way of her own passion for finding the right homes to accommodate her growing family. While initially buying and selling property was about improving her family's lives, she soon joined her husband in investing in additional properties with the aim of creating dream homes for other Hudson Valley families.
As she became more involved in developing the family's real estate investments, in particular managing renovation projects and overseeing rental contracts, Carrie showed a true talent for connecting with people and partnering with them to achieve their goals.
In 2008, she earned her New York State Brokerage License and formed Vaccaro Properties, where she focuses on marketing and sales, making a point of working personally with each client.
STEVE VACCARO Sales Agent
Steve was born in New Paltz, NY and after living abroad, around the country, and in other Hudson Valley hamlets, he was drawn back to his home town six years ago to raise his family and to contribute his contracting and real estate management skills to the enhancement of undeveloped or underutilized properties in the area.
Steve has been involved in real estate and development for nearly 17 years, primarily in building supply chain management, but with a growing focus on carrying out projects in home renovation, new construction, property sales and purchases, subdivision development and rental property management.
Building on his success with these ventures as well as extensive coursework in business, architecture and real estate, Steve joined his wife Carrie at Vaccaro Properties as a New York State Licensed Real Estate Agent.
